SAFA offers fashion products for men, women, and children. We make every effort to display product descriptions, colours, measurements, and images as accurately as possible.

However, actual colours may vary due to differences in screen settings, lighting, or device displays. Slight variations in fabric texture, handwork, stitching, or measurements are considered normal and are not manufacturing defects.

2. Orders

Placing an order on our website is an offer to purchase a product. Your order is considered accepted only after SAFA confirms it.

SAFA also reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, stock discrepancies, technical issues, suspected fraud, or any misuse of our services.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise.

Applicable delivery charges, taxes, discounts, or promotional offers will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice. Promotional offers are valid only for the stated period and while stocks last. Discount codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched or specially prepared. Once an order has been shipped, delivered, customised, altered, or made to order, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Approved refunds will be processed in accordance with our Exchange & Refund Policy.
