Gift Card Policy

1. Purchasing a Gift Card

• SAFA Gift Cards can be purchased only through SAFA Website / Physical Stores / Approved Sales Channels.
• Gift Cards are available in the denominations displayed at the time of purchase.
• Unless specifically stated by SAFA, Gift Cards cannot be purchased using another Gift Card, and promotional discounts or coupon codes do not apply to Gift Card purchases.
• After completing your purchase, you will receive your Gift Card or Gift Card code according to the selected delivery method.

2. Redeeming a Gift Card

• Gift Cards may be redeemed when shopping through eligible SAFA sales channels.
• To use a Gift Card, simply enter the Gift Card code during checkout or present the physical Gift Card at an authorized SAFA store, where applicable.
• If the total value of your purchase exceeds the available Gift Card balance, you must pay the remaining amount using another accepted payment method.
• Gift Cards may only be used to purchase eligible SAFA products and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.

3. Validity

• Each Gift Card remains valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or activation.
• The expiry date, available balance, and any applicable usage conditions will be communicated at the time of purchase.
• Unless otherwise required by law, expired Gift Cards cannot be extended, renewed, or reactivated.

4. Balance and Partial Use

• If your purchase amount is less than the available Gift Card balance, the remaining balance can be used for future purchases, depending on SAFA's Gift Card program.
• You may check your Gift Card balance through Website / Customer Support / Store, where available.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use

Please keep your Gift Card or Gift Card code secure.

SAFA is not responsible for Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, damaged, shared, or used without your authorization.

If you believe your Gift Card has been compromised, contact SAFA immediately. We may be able to assist after verifying ownership, but replacement or recovery cannot be guaranteed.

6. Refunds and Returns

Products purchased using a Gift Card are subject to SAFA's Exchange & Refund Policy.

If an eligible refund is approved, SAFA may issue the refund to:

• The original Gift Card;
• A replacement Gift Card;
• Store credit; or
• Another refund method permitted by applicable law.

Gift Cards themselves are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

7. Restrictions

To protect customers and prevent fraud, the following restrictions apply:

• Gift Cards have no cash value except where required by law.
• Gift Cards cannot be resold for commercial purposes without SAFA's written permission.
• Gift Cards cannot be transferred for monetary value.
• Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for another Gift Card unless permitted by SAFA.
• SAFA reserves the right to limit or refuse Gift Card transactions that appear fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized.

8. Fraud Prevention

• SAFA may suspend, cancel, or invalidate any Gift Card that has been obtained, sold, or used through fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities.
• Where necessary, SAFA may request reasonable verification before allowing a Gift Card to be redeemed.

9. Changes to This Policy

SAFA may update this Gift Card Policy from time to time to reflect changes in business operations, legal requirements, or the Gift Card program.

The latest version will always be available on our website, and continued use of a SAFA Gift Card after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
